Return and Refund Policy

Our products are made using a print-on-demand process. This means that each product is individually produced only after your order has been placed.

Right of Withdrawal (European Union)

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price of the product.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

Returns After the Withdrawal Period / Voluntary Returns

Since our products are produced individually upon order, we do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Personal preference

Returns outside the statutory withdrawal right may be granted as a gesture of goodwill and subject to individual review. There is no entitlement to such returns.

If a voluntary return is approved, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us right away if:

  • the item is damaged or defective

  • you received the wrong item

In these cases, we will of course cover all associated costs, including return shipping, and will offer either a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

After reviewing your request, we will inform you whether a refund or replacement will be issued.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.
